SUMMER BOOT CAMP starts in June!
This class will consist of sport specific drills
and exercises focusing on strength, power, and agility.

When: starting Monday, June 16th, EVERY MONDAY & THURSDAY for 10 weeks

Where: Shepherd Parking Lot (we will sometimes meet at local parks)

Class Goals: To improve the performance of those involved with sports in the past, present, or future. To improve those who want to lose weight & get in shape.

Group Exercise Description
Each specific group exercise class will run for a six week session. The classes will be a different format each session. In this, we will be providing a variety of classes so that our Health & Fitness participants gain optimum opportunities to get healthy and fit.
Click on the Health & Fitness Calendar and you will see an updated class schedule as well as any changes that might be made during the quarter. The Health & Fitness Calendar also has our Hiking and Run/Jog/Walk meeting days and times. Check out their individual home pages for more information.

All classes take place in the Family Life Center unless noted
All participants must fill out a registration form and waiver
Must be 14 years or older. Ages 14 – 18 need parent’s signature
