EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM (ERT)
If you are a health care professional who would like to be a Good Samaritan during the event of an incident at one of our weekend services and/or special events then we would love for you to join the Emergency Response Team! As a member you would need to carry a pager during services and special events and provide an assessment in the event of an incident and make first response decisions regarding the need to call 911.

ERT DISPATCHERS
We need qualified dispatchers to sit at the Information Center ready to call an ERT member out of a service so that they can assist in the event of an incident. Members are needed before, during and after a service to be the vital contact person in case of an emergency.
Training provided.

GREETING
We need cheerful greeters to come greet our members and guests as they arrive for worship services. You are the ones who welcome people with smiles and friendly conversation.

HOSPITALITY (NOT JUST COFFEE & DONUTS)
We need members who love to serve people. Serve on weekends with the coffee and donut ministry and for special events. If you enjoy baking we are also looking for bakers to provide goodies as needed for special events.

INFORMATION CENTER
Visit the Information Center in the main lobby where we can assist you with any of your questions! Get involved by being available to assist guests and members before, during and after our worship services and/or special events with information, materials, and directions.

LOST & FOUND
Lost and Found is located at the Information Center in the main lobby. To inquire about lost items during the week, please call the main office at 818.831.9333 or stop by on the weekends.

PARKING
You are the first point of contact that many people meet when they arrive at Shepherd of the Hills. We are looking for patient and reliable members who enjoy keeping the peace in the parking lot and encourage attendees to drive safely as they exit after services.

SECURITY
Aid our Security Team in keeping our grounds safe for all worship services and events. Background checks are required for serving on the Security Team.

SMARTPARK
Smartpark (shuttles) pick you up and drop you off from Souplantation during each of our services, Saturdays from 4:00-8:30pm and every Sunday from 7:30am-2:00pm. If you like greeting and meeting people you will love Smartpark. There are a ton of service opportunities in this new fast growing ministry and we would love for you to get involved.

USHERS
Be available for guests and members during our worship services, pass out the bulletins at the doors going into the sanctuary, help them find a seat, serve them communion and receive tithes and offerings.
