Full-Time:
IT Director
Responsible for the IT disciplines of Program Management, Technical Support, Systems Administration, Network Administration, Cybersecurity, Data Administration, and other areas of Information Technology operations. The IT Director supervises key partners and relationships related to these functions and acts as the primary IT Solution Architect. The position oversees budgetary requirements, implementation, development, maintenance, and life-cycle management of technology solutions for effective ministry and develops team members and volunteers. The position also oversees system uptime and reliability creating a proactive technology posture for Shepherd. Must have a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, a strong understanding of various IT systems, technologies, and software development processes. Familiar with networking, infrastructure, security, databases, programming languages, and project management methodologies. Also, possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments within the organization.
Building Supervisor
Responsible to help oversee and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and operations for all buildings and grounds. 5+ years of facilities management experience preferred a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline preferred, and certification in related fields of expertise a plus.
Handyman/Special Projects Coordinator
Responsible to plan, coordinate and execute all special projects ranging from building repairs to new construction.
Building & Grounds Maintenance Worker
Provide excellent and timely care of the facility. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Non-Exempt.

Pillars Café Dishwasher/Line-Prep Cook (Food Handlers Card Required)
Duties include basic cooking duties, such as preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen. Must have prior work in a commercial kitchen environment. Non-Exempt. Must be available to work weekends.
Pillars Café Barista/Sales Associate (Food Handlers Card Required)
Responsible for serving all products and providing friendly and individualized attention towards each customer. Must have prior work experience with customer service in a food or retail setting. Non-Exempt. Must be available to work weekends.
