Full-Time Roles:

Is God calling you to use your IT gifts for a greater purpose? Join our team and make a meaningful impact! We are seeking an IT Manager who is passionate about leveraging technology to advance ministry work and is committed to the values and mission of Shepherd Church. Responsibilities include: Managing various IT disciplines including program management, technical support, systems administration, network administration, cybersecurity, and data administration; Overseeing budgetary requirements and lifecycle management of technology solutions to ensure effective use of resources to support ministry goals; Mentoring and developing IT team members and volunteers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and spiritual growth.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and software development processes. Proficient in networking, infrastructure, security, databases, programming languages, and project management methodologies.

The Administrative Assistant to Building and Grounds/Facilities will assist in the execution of day-to-day tasks such as phone calls, emails, the department and facility calendar, scheduling and planning, maintaining important records and documents, filing, processing department expenses, monitor work requests and act as a liaison between other departments or ministries as directed. Must have strong organization skills, excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, flexible, MS Office & computer experience required, and must have prior work experience in an administrative role. Full-time with benefits, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week. Some weekend and/or evenings as needed for events.

How would you like to use your content creation skills to expand God’s Kingdom?! We are seeking a Content Creator with photography, videography, and editing experience to join our team! Responsibilities include capturing key events, participating in photo and video shoots, editing and publishing content, and overall being a strong team player who jumps in when needed. 

Open to part-time or full-time applicants, but must be available to work weekends.

Part-Time Roles:
Provide excellent and timely care of the facility. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Non-Exempt.
The Campus Youth Lead will champion the Middle School and High School Youth Program at Shepherd Church Simi Valley. Responsible for hosting D-Groups, caring for students, recruiting leaders, and effectively communicating with parents. Must be available Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings, other evenings and weekends may be required
The Shepherd Kids K-1 Lead will ensure that all K-1 kids and their families are connected with engaging environments, purposeful programming, and meaningful relationships. Responsible for communicating with families, recruiting and caring for volunteers, and implementing elementary curriculum and procedures. Approximately 13 hours/week. Must be available to work weekends.
