Renew Mental Health Support Group offers a 16-session group, twice a year. This group works through a curriculum designed to provide healthy solutions for your heart and mind. 

We provide a calm environment with helpful sessions that offer a new perspective and practical tools to address the challenges that come with living with any mental health difficulty or disorder. These sessions are not intended to diagnose or replace treatment such as medication or therapy.
